The program encourages and provides enough room for active and constructive deliberative engagements among the Sudanese, setting the agenda for future work and beginning a change process.
This dynamic participatory exercise keeps the revolution’s spirit alive, enables Sudan Solutions to develop an effective and efficient model of an advocacy campaign, and spearheads the spread of the knowledge and skills of good governance and the parliamentary process throughout Sudan.
More importantly, every resource person and organization inland is approached and involved through all available means.
Sudan Solutions considers women’s roles carefully. Research teams and task forces are formed considering the right mix of gender, experience, and cultural diversity.
Sudan Solutions shall design a unique program to enhance women’s capacity and train leaders to increase their competitive edge. The women joining this program shall be retained, trained, and helped to overcome discrimination and tension. Sudan Solutions avoids tokenism; several females are nominated for leadership positions in this program. No research or study team, field survey group, administration posts, or leadership slots shall include less than 40% of women.
